The Chicago Cubs updated Team Outlook after SP Drew Smyly re-signed with the team on a two-year, $19M deal. Last season Smyly had a solid campaign, with an ERA of 3.47 through 22 starts. To make room for the 33-year-old, the Cubs designated RP Eric Uelmen for assignment.
