The Carolina Panthers updated Team Outlook after hiring ex-Indianapolis Colts HC Frank Reich to the same role. The Panthers ousted former HC Matt Rhule in the middle of the season following a disastrous 1-4 start, leading to Reich’s hiring. In his four-plus seasons with the Colts, Reich posted a record of 40-33-1 and 1-2 in the postseason. Reich will return to Carolina, as he started at Quarterback in the first game in the history of the Panthers in 1995. The 61-year-old’s contract is a four-year deal.
