The Detroit Pistons updated Team Outlook after F Marvin Bagley III will likely undergo surgery to repair two broken fingers in his right hand. The former No. 2 pick is expected to be sidelined for six to eight weeks. Bagley, the fifth-year pro, is averaging a career-low 10.6 points and 5.9 rebounds in his first full season in Detroit. The Pistons’ depth will continue to be tested, as star G Cade Cunningham is already out for the season.
