Prodigi.ai, the AI-powered Digital Diagnostic Platform Acquires Coimbatore-based Data Analytics Platform CubeBase
Prodigi.ai, the AI-powered digital diagnostic platform, today announced the acquisition of Coimbatore-based data analytics platform CubeBase at an undisclosed value. The news of the acquisition subsequent to Prodigi.ai’s Series-A funding led by Celesta Capital complements its vision to provide actionable insights and predictive intelligence to its teleradiology services. Furthermore, it will help Prodigi.ai enhance its existing machine-learning technologies to provide deep insights and automation capabilities.
CubeBase was already working with Prodigi for its data management and application development needs, and its team has also been familiar with the latter’s products and offerings. Therefore, the acquisition has helped Prodigi.ai bring together a significant pool of talent who are already aligned with the brand’s vision and mission.
Bargava Subramanian, the founder of CubeBase, has been designated as the Chief Product and Data Officer of Prodigi.ai. He has worked with various MNCs and holds 20+ years of experience in data science and analysis. Additionally, Bargava has also founded 3 different startups during his career. He and his team will help Prodigi.ai meet the increasing demand for its big data applications by joining the product and engineering team to build, expand and upgrade its product offerings.
“After closely following the progress of the team of CubeBase, we knew that they would be the best for our platform to create great web experiences and efficient services for our clients by matching consumer intent with relevant content. Their team has a unique skill set that will help us better serve our clients by building more big data applications for our AI-powered teleradiology platform.” said Kalyan Sivasailam, CEO and Co-founder of Prodigi.ai.
“CubeBase has long been an extension of our vision to create technology that helps digital platforms deliver greater return through enhanced visibility and profitability. We are combining what we’ve learned with the incredible artificial intelligence technology of Prodigi.ai, one of India’s fastest-growing teleradiology service providers“, said Bargava Subramanian, the founder of CubeBase.
Artificial intelligence is a significant input in modern healthcare – both in terms of direct patient care as well as in the delivery of healthcare services. Data is the new oil, and radiology is the aspect of healthcare with data. Therefore this is the field where we are just beginning to see the potential of technology driving better healthcare outcomes. Prodigy.ai is using data science to augment the digital diagnostic platform that can help radiologists identify complex findings or anomalies in an image using machine learning algorithms. These products are often combined with existing imaging technology, which allows for the storage and retrieval of images without the need for any manual intervention.
Prodigi is India’s premium radiology interpretation platform, generating over 1 million reports annually. The platform is among India’s fastest-growing online teleradiology reporting companies with 1000+ monthly average user clients and a dozen AI partners, bringing medical science together to revolutionize healthcare infrastructure in the country. The platform is headquartered in Bengaluru, India, and is backed by investors like Tata 1mg.
