The Boston Red Sox updated Team Outlook after SS Trevor Story had surgery on his throwing elbow and is expected to miss significant time. Story was expected to make a shift to shortstop after SS Xander Bogaerts signed with San Diego. The two-time All-Star is coming off of an injury-riddled season, batting .238  with 16 homers and 66 RBIs in 94 appearances. There is no timetable for Story’s return.
