The Kansas City Royals updated Team Outlook after seven-time All-Star RP Aroldis Chapman signed a one-year, $3.75M deal with the team in FA. Chapman, or “The Cuban Missile,” struggled this past season with the Yankees, posting a 4-4 record with nine saves and a 4.46 ERA in 43 relief appearances.
