Suspected Dallas Airport Shooter Reportedly Told Police She’s Married To Chris Brown

[ad_1]

Mental illness is real, Roomies! The woman who opened fire inside Dallas Love Field airport reportedly has a rap sheet full of crimes that she got off for. According to the New York Post, the woman was previously deemed mentally unfit to stand trial and was freed from jail after making various shocking claims about her life.

37-year-old Portia Odufuwa was shot by police after she took shots inside the Dallas airport, and remained hospitalized on Tuesday. Videos from the incident show passengers running and ducking for safety after Odufuwa fired multiple shots outside of an airport bathroom.

Further investigation into Odufuwa’s record revealed that she was guilty of serious crimes including bank robbery and arson, but was freed from jail after claiming she was married to Chris Brown and is a prophet of God.

In October 2019, Odufuwa was reportedly arrested for admitting to police that she burned down a house in Mesquite. She was found staring at the burning house and told police,

I am God’s prophet…I’m basically letting you all know that I am the cause of this fire.”

Despite admitting to the crime, charges were not filed agains Odufuwa “because of lack of scientific evidence,” according to District Attorney John Creuzot.

Just months before her arson arrest, Odufuwa was charged with robbery after she entered a Wylie Bank of America and displayed a note demanding money. The charge was reportedly dismissed after she underwent a mental competency evaluation report.
