The Minnesota Twins updated Team Outlook after SP Pablo López and two prospects were acquired via trade from the Marlins. In exchange, Minnesota is giving up the reigning American League batting champion, Luis Arraez. Lòpez’s past season with the Marlins was a tale of two halves, as through his first 10 starts, he had a 1.83 ERA, but after the All-Star break, he pitched a 4.97 ERA. Despite not having a clear-cut No. 1 pitcher, adding López to a rotation with Joe Ryan and Sonny Gray creates a solid top three for the Twins.
