The Chicago White Sox updated Team Outlook after RP Gregory Santos was acquired from the Giants, following being DFA’d on Monday. Santos, 23, made five appearances over the past two years for San Francisco. The Sox will send right-handed pitching prospect Kade McClure to the Bay in exchange for Santos.
