The Chicago White Sox updated Team Outlook after closer Liam Hendriks announced he has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Hendriks will begin treatment on Monday and is “confident” he can make a full recovery. The three-time All-Star, who will turn 34 in February, joined the White Sox via free agency in 2021 and has been dominant since his arrival. Over the last four seasons, Hendriks has racked up 114 saves with an impressive 2.26 ERA and 0.88 WHIP.
